Q) I just placed an order! When should I expect it?
A) Orders over $75.00 ship free! Orders will be processed within 24 hours of when they are placed. We will ship them as soon as the are processed. We offer priority mail shipping which includes a tracking number. Once your order is placed, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please email customer service with any problems or questions! 

Q) I live locally or will be visiting for the weekend, do I have to have my items shipped?
A) You can select our FREE local pickup option when checking out and swing by the store to pickup your order whenever you have the time! Orders placed before 12 pm on business days will be available for pickup that same day. Orders placed are 12 pm will be available for pickup the following day.  


Q) How do your items fit?
A) Because we carry over 60 different lines, all items fit a little differently. In each item description we give you our best approximation of the fit. Our general fit chart is below:

    Q) Can I return items?
    A) Of course! We hope you love everything you purchase, but we understand sometimes it just doesn’t work. We gladly accept all unworn, unwashed, unaltered apparel that is free from odors with tags still attached for 14 days from purchase date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
     
    Q) Are there certain items I cannot return?
    A) Yes. Due to health reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our seamless products. All sales items and accessories are also FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for other items.
     
    Q) Where do I ship my items that are eligible for return?
    A) All items can be shipped back directly to SugarBelle. Please fill out the Return Form that was shipped with your order and send it back as quickly as possible. We will issue a store credit within 48 hours upon receiving your items. All shipping charges are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, so we suggest using a shipping method that allows you to use a tracking number. USPS, UPS, and FedEx all offer this service.

    Q) The item I got doesn’t fit. I want to return it and exchange it for a size larger/smaller.
    A) We are happy for you to do that! We do not hold any items so we cannot guarantee the size you are looking for will be there. Ship items back as quickly as possible to ensure the best chance of getting the item you love. Should it not be available a credit will be issued for unwashed, unworn, items free from odor!
     
    Q) The item I received is defective.
    A) We hope this never happens, but if it does, fill out the Return Form and clearly list the defect under Reason For Return. We will happily exchange the item for you.
     
    Q) I placed my order last night. Am I able to change it the following morning?
    A) As soon as an order is placed we begin to process and ship it as quickly as we can. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. You are able to return the order to us for store credit once it is received.
     
    Q) How do I purchase a gift card?
    A) Gift cards are available for purchase under the tab Gift Cards. Simply select the amount you want to give- from $10 to $100- and then you will select who to gift it to in the checkout process.
