FREE in-store pickup is available Beaufort South Carolina residents. Pick up must be done within 5 business days OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A STORAGE FEE OF $10. Staff will have to appropriately pack your items for storage to ensure they are not damaged.
Online orders may arrive in multiple packages. We do our best to consolidate; however, our warehouse ships items for us also!
Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Warehouse Exclusives MUST BE RETURNED IN ORGINAL PACKAGING.
Returns are eligible for store IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Sale and discounted items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

Q) I just placed an order! When should I expect it?
A) Orders over $150 ship free! Orders will be processed within 24 hours of when they are placed. We will ship them as soon as the are processed. We offer priority mail shipping which includes a tracking number. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking number via email. Please email customer service with any problems or questions!
Q) I live locally or will be visiting for the weekend, do I have to have my items shipped?
A) You can select our FREE local pickup option when checking out and swing by the store to pickup your order whenever you have the time! Orders placed before 12 pm on business days will be available for pickup in 24 hours UNLESS it is a Warehouse Exclusive. Warehouse Exclusives are shipped to us from our warehouse and can take 3-4 days to arrive. We will notify you the day they arrive. In order to avoid a $10 storage fee, please pick up your items 5 days after notification.
We will always notify you when your items are available for pick-up.
Q) How do your items fit? A) Because we carry over 60 different lines, all items fit a little differently. In each item description we give you our best approximation of the fit. Our general fit chart is below:

Q) Can I return items? A) RETURNS | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed, non-sale clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit ONLY. We do not offer refunds.
Several items we sell are final sale. With this in mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! Sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. Accessories, jewelry, handbags, and home decor are also final sale only.
Q) Where do I ship my items that are eligible for return?
A) All items can be shipped back directly to SugarBelle. Please fill out the Return Form that was shipped with your order and send it back as quickly as possible. If it is a Warehouse Exclusive just call/text/email us to let us know it's on its way back! We will issue a store credit within 48-72 hours upon receiving your items. All shipping charges are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, so we suggest using a shipping method that allows you to use a tracking number. USPS, UPS, and FedEx all offer this service.

Q) The item I got doesn’t fit. I want to return it and exchange it for a size larger/smaller. A) We are happy for you to do that! We do not hold any items so we cannot guarantee the size you are looking for will be there. Ship items back as quickly as possible to ensure the best chance of getting the item you love. Should it not be available a credit will be issued for unwashed, unworn, items free from odor!
Q) The item I received is defective. A) We hope this never happens, but if it does, NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS, please send us a photo, explanation of the defect. We will happily exchange the item for you or give you an instore credit if item is unavailable.
Q) I placed my order last night. Am I able to change it the following morning? A) As soon as an order is placed we begin to process and ship it as quickly as we can. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. You are able to return the order to us for store credit once it is received.
Q) How do I purchase a gift card? A) Gift cards are available for purchase under the tab Gift Cards. Simply select the amount you want to give- from $10 to $100- and then you will select who to gift it to in the checkout process. A digital gift card will be emailed to you upon check out! Make sure to check SPAM. Digital Gift Cards are NOT VALID FOR IN STORE PURCHASE.
Our online Gift Cards are currently for ONLINE shopping only. If you would like one to use for in store purchases, please give us a call. We can check you out over the phone and will gladly hold or mail your card to you. Call us at 843-379-4141
